Job description

About FacilityOS

FacilityOS is a fast-growing company redefining how facilities operate—bringing safety, security, and daily operations into one unified platform used by organizations around the world.

As we continue to scale globally, we’re building a team of driven, curious people who want to make an impact. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative culture where individuals are trusted to take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and grow in their careers. Our team comes together in‑office twice a week to connect, collaborate, and build momentum.

If you’re looking to do your best work alongside a great team in a high‑growth environment, FacilityOS is the place to build your career.

About the role

As FacilityOS scales across multiple products, sales motions, and international markets, we’re building a Revenue Operations function that is strategic, proactive, and intelligence‑led, not reactive or purely reporting‑driven.

We’re looking for a Revenue Planning, Analysis Manager to elevate how we plan, measure, and drive growth across our GTM organization.

You’ll partner closely with the VP of Revenue Operations to support and lead elements of our annual GTM planning process, including capacity and productivity modelling, target and territory design, and incentive planning, while also owning forecasting, pipeline analytics, and executive reporting.

Impact

This is a high‑visibility role at the centre of how FacilityOS plans and executes growth. This is not a data‑pushing role. You’ll go beyond dashboards to tell the story behind the numbers, translating data into insight and insight into action. You’ll directly shape how we set and measure success across all GTM teams, from new business and expansion to channel and international sales, and create the intelligence layer that enables scale. If this sounds like you, you will thrive at FacilityOS!

What you'll own

  • Design and optimise territories and quota allocations across products, regions, and channels.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline analytics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the business.
  • Translate data into narratives that inform GTM strategy and executive decisions.
  • Develop cross‑product and cross‑segment revenue insights, surfacing performance trends and whitespace.
  • Support executive and board‑level reporting that connects operational performance to strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product/GTM teams to align planning and reporting frameworks.
  • Champion a proactive, intelligence‑led RevOps culture where insights drive strategy and action, not just explain and talk about it.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (where applicable) to streamline forecasting, data analysis, and scenario planning.
