What's this role about?

Love architecting the systems that quietly power a fast‑growing revenue engine? Ready to combine hands‑on engineering with a deep curiosity about how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success actually work? Then this may just be the role for you.

In order to support our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, technically‑minded GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution by designing, building, and operationalizing the systems, automations, and AI‑powered workflows that let Go To Market teams move with speed and precision. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who enjoys owning a problem end‑to‑end, from a rough idea to a shipped, adopted solution.

What will I be doing?
  • Independently design and build AI‑powered agents, automations, and integrations (using tools like n8n and Claude/MCP) that eliminate manual work across GTM, freeing teams to focus on higher‑value activity.
  • Own technical and process‑optimization initiatives across our revenue stack from initial requirements gathering through the build, testing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Support maintaining data integrity, consistency, and reliable automation across the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, Slack, JIRA, and the data warehouse.
  • Translate business requirements from GTM leadership into technical designs, build specs, and delivery roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
  • Implement and support a framework for automated analyses and conversational analytics leveraging AI.
  • Proactively research and diagnose system behavior and workflow gaps; partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to make recommendations and resolution plans.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, GTM/Sales Operations, or a similar technical operations role at a scaling SaaS company.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (CPQ experience a strong plus).
  • Experience building automations and integrations with tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Workato;
  • Hands‑on exposure to AI/LLM tooling (e.g., Claude, MCP servers, or similar).
  • Meticulous attention to data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical partners and leadership; proven experience owning implementation from requirements gathering through to launch.
  • A bias toward action and the ability to execute autonomously in an evolving, often ambiguous environment.
  • A builder mindset. You enjoy solving problems, automating manual work, and iterating quickly; comfort in a code‑adjacent environment, including reading or writing basic scripts and using AI‑assisted development tools to build or extend internal tooling.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies including Marketo, Totango, and Clay.
  • Bonus points awarded if:
    • You who have experience implementing and using Enterprise AI Platforms like Glean, Amazon Quick, or alike.
    • You have experience building and deploying in‑house applications that you build using AI (ex using Loveable, Replit, Claude Code, etc).

We’re actively hiring for this role and looking to bring someone great onto the team as soon as possible.

Auvik

Auvik delivers cloud‑based network management software that gives IT teams instant visibility and control over their infrastructure — whether on‑site, remote, or dispersed across global networks. Our platform automates network discovery, mapping, monitoring, configuration backups, traffic analysis and alerting, so IT professionals and MSPs can manage complex, multi‑site environments with ease.

We’re focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. We are happy to make any accommodations you may need throughout the interview process as well.

Auvik is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics or any other basis forbidden under federal, provincial, or local law.

Hiring Process

At Auvik, our hiring process is designed to be personal, transparent, and human‑led. Our Talent Acquisition Partners review all resumes, connect with candidates whose skills and experience aligns with the role, and stay in communication with you throughout your journey. If our interests align, you’ll meet with a hiring manager, as well as additional members of the hiring team in follow‑up conversations. All of your interviews will take place via Zoom.

Before meeting with a hiring manager, we also ask candidates to complete a 5‑minute Predictive Index (PI) assessment. This helps us understand and match your strengths and work preferences with roles that will set you up for success.

We use AI tools to support administrative tasks in the hiring process; such as helping source candidates, drafting communications, and interview summaries, so our team can stay focused and present during conversations. We do not use AI tools to interview, screen or assess candidates; or determine who moves forward in the process. We debrief and consider the full context of every conversation before making hiring decisions. We believe hiring requires judgment that can be augmented but, not replaced by AI.
