Job summary

Betstamp, based in Toronto, is seeking a full-time owner for its paid community program. You will manage members, ensure timely payments, and continually improve the program by automating repetitive tasks and documenting processes. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Manager of organic growth to scale the initiative.

The role emphasizes ownership, hands-on execution, and collaboration within a small, AI-forward team in an office at 370 King St W. On-site presence is required daily.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, program or community coordination, customer success, events, or any role where you ran a repeatable process and were accountable for it running

Responsibilities

• Run the community (≈ 45%) by bringing members from applied to active, running regular sessions and being the point of contact.
• Own the operations (≈ 35%) by ensuring timely payments, reconciling with partners, and keeping offers/links current.
• Make it better (≈ 20%) by turning community output into reusable assets, automating repetitive parts, documenting processes, and reducing drop-offs
