Job summary

Technical Safety BC is seeking a Growth Product Leader to identify and scale opportunities that increase participation in the safety system. The role blends product leadership, growth strategy, market insight and behavioural thinking to influence participation, comply behaviours and sustainable revenue in BC.

The position is Temporary Full-Time (18 months) in a hybrid BC office environment, reporting to the Director of Product Leadership & Growth. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product, growth or related leadership experience.
• Degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Proven growth strategy across the client lifecycle.
• Strong customer and market insight with research and analytics.
• Experience with pricing, business cases and budgeting at product level.
• Understanding of human-centered design and agile product development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to boost participation and retention.
• Identify ways to create sustainable revenue and service models.
• Collaborate across teams; influence without authority.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to grow subscriptions.
• Use research and analytics to identify client needs and market opportunities.
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
• Work with product leaders to manage the roadmap.
• Prepare client proposals and contracts; manage vendors.
• Travel up to 25% to meet clients and teams.
