Vancity is seeking a Wealth Planner to guide members through financial planning and investment decisions with an emphasis on socially responsible investing. The role supports a personal client book, works within Wealth Solutions, and reports to the Team Manager of Wealth Solutions.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial services, a CSC/IFIC mutual fund license, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel within Vancity’s market area may be required as part of the role.

As a Wealth Planner, you will bring at least two years of experience in the financial industry to help clients navigate their financial journeys. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your existing expertise while actively seeking out new skills and experiences to grow your capabilities. This role is ideal for professionals who are motivated to build and manage a personal book of clients aligned with their long-term career goals and ongoing professional development.
This is a Full Time, Permanent role that reports directly into the Team Manager of Wealth Solutions.
The starting salary range for this role is $75,000 plus incentive annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
