As a Strategic Communications Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing Vancity’s integrated communications strategy across both internal and external audiences. You will provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, support organizational transformation initiatives, manage issues and crisis communications, and ensure consistent, effective messaging across all channels. This role plays a critical part in enhancing employee engagement, protecting and strengthening Vancity’s reputation, and advancing strategic business objectives. We are seeking an experienced communications leader who excels at strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, executive advisory work, and managing complex communications initiatives.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Communications . The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site regularly to support collaboration, events, and business needs, with flexibility for hybrid work where appropriate.
This role offers a salary range of $108,500 to $140,500 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previousexperience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
