Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, making calls on budget, roadmap, and narrative during client discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on conversion tracking, testing, and performance optimization. This is a remote role across Canada/USA/other NA markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta for multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements in campaigns.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and audit conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long‑term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimised the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
