Fairstone Bank invites a Senior Manager, Digital Growth Marketing to join our Toronto team. You will shape the portfolio’s growth engine, overseeing multi-channel demand creation, acquisition and activation initiatives while partnering with Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal and Compliance to scale safely and efficiently.

In this role you’ll lead a high-performing growth squad, manage budgets, and drive optimization across SEM/SEO, CRO, and content amplification.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth squad and manage three direct reports.
• Own end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across paid search and organic channels.
• Optimize conversion through landing pages, CTAs and UX enhancements.
• Collaborate with Analytics to build performance dashboards and track full funnel performance.
• Pilot AI-native marketing tools and ensure privacy-compliant tracking.
