Job summary

ElektraFi Innovations Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a seasoned Marketing Generalist to own growth campaigns, content production, and community engagement.

You will coordinate contributors, deliver campaigns from brief to launch, and work closely with leadership to align priorities and budgets. The role requires hands-on experience writing campaign copy, creating marketing assets, and launching programs that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven ability to independently own campaigns from brief to launch.
• Strong writing, editing, and content-production skills.
• Experience building communities online or in person.
• Ability to coordinate internal contributors and external specialists.
• Comfort evaluating marketing metrics such as lead quality and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create compelling content and marketing assets.
• Coordinate contributors, freelancers, and partners to deliver projects.
• Plan events and manage logistics and follow-up campaigns.
• Track performance and report on campaign results.
