Hi! I’m Kasi, Director of Marketing and Communications here at WeTravel, living in Canada .

Over the past year, I’ve been focused on reshaping our marketing function to be more data-driven, customer-obsessed, and laser-focused on results. We’re a bold, passionate team working to scale a platform that’s already transforming how group travel operators run their businesses.

This Growth Marketing Lead role is a key addition to our team — a hybrid of performance marketer, digital strategist, and experiment-driven thinker. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to own our digital growth engine across paid media, organic social, and SEO. Our mission? To scale qualified pipeline, lower our CAC, and make some noise in the travel tech space while we’re at it.

How We Work

Our marketing team blends creativity with strategy. We’re insight-led, agile, and always experimenting. You’ll collaborate daily with our content, design, and ops team, working full-funnel: from ideation to execution to performance optimization. This is not a role for button-pushers. It’s for strategic executors who can zoom out and think big — then roll up their sleeves and get it done.

We’re remote-first, async-friendly, and heavy on ownership. You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, fail fast, and optimize relentlessly — backed by a team that’s hungry to grow.


Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply
You should apply if you:
  • Have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing (with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or travel tech).

  • Are hands-on in paid social and paid search (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).

  • Can build and scale organic social strategies that drive visibility and engagement.

  • Know your way around HubSpot, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.

  • Get excited about SEO, growth experiments, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.

  • Have a "go get it" attitude, are data-obsessed, and want to lead by example.

  • Love collaborating cross-functionally and supporting high-performing teams.

You might not be the right fit if you:
  • You want a clearly defined playbook. (We’ll expect you to help write it.)

  • You aren’t comfortable owning both paid and organic strategies.

  • You prefer execution-only roles without strategic input.

  • You’re unfamiliar with attribution, reporting, or performance marketing metrics.


On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself
  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

  • Build and optimize a full-funnel growth engine (awareness → conversion).

  • Manage and grow our organic social strategy and calendar.

  • Partner with content/design to launch high-impact, creative campaigns.

  • Run growth experiments, A/B tests, and iterate based on performance data.

  • Track and report on KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, keyword rankings, etc.).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing with revenue and pipeline goals.
