Job summary

PheedLoop is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growth team in Toronto. You will collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to plan and execute digital campaigns, generate leads, grow our online presence, and articulate the PheedLoop story across channels.

This early-career role offers exposure to multiple marketing areas—from paid ads and content creation to website updates and product launch support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing experience through internships, co-ops, or projects.
• Exposure to digital marketing areas such as campaigns, social media, SEO, email marketing, analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about why campaigns perform and how to improve
• Basic comfort working with data and spreadsheets
• University or college degree in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Help manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Support lead-generation and nurturing via HubSpot.
• Track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to A/B testing of messaging and landing pages.
• Create and support content for blogs, emails, and product updates.
• Assist SEO-focused content and keyword research.
• Help update and optimize the website and CTAs.
• Support reporting through Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Collaborate on brand campaigns and social content.
• Maintain consistent PheedLoop voice across channels
