Job summary

PheedLoop in Toronto is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to translate revenue priorities into well-managed programs that support sales, pipeline, and campaign performance. You will blend marketing execution with project management, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and reporting.

You will work closely with Sales and leadership to move our brand and pipeline. This in-person role offers growth in a fast-paced, SaaS-focused environment at our Toronto office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in a software or technology company (SaaS preferred).
• Experience across multiple channels: content, email/CRM, paid/social, or campaign management.
• Ability to manage projects independently with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support pipeline and brand awareness.
• Write and coordinate content across website, blog, email, and social.
• Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs and CRM tracking.
• Support event marketing and webinars, promotion, registration tracking, and follow-up.
• Monitor campaign performance and report insights to improve results.
