Job summary

PheedLoop is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist in Toronto for a hands-on, broad marketing role. You’ll work with the Growth Marketing Manager to run campaigns, craft content, and analyze results across channels.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of marketing experience, strong writing, and familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and Webflow. This in-person, fast-paced role offers growth as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Write and support blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and customer stories.
• Help create marketing collateral including one-pagers and case studies.
• Contribute to SEO content and keyword planning with the team.
• Support paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Maintain marketing automation flows and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign data to surface insights for future content and targeting.
• Assist with updates to the Webflow site and monitor performance.

About The Role

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at PheedLoop, you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and marketing team to help execute campaigns, generate leads, and tell our story across multiple channels.

In this role, you'll move across content, performance marketing, social, and analytics rather than being siloed into one function. It's well suited for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure, real responsibility, and a clear direction to grow. Over time, as your confidence and skill set develop, there's a genuine opportunity to take on more strategic ownership and step into a leadership capacity as our marketing team expands.

What You'll Do

Content & Campaigns

• Write and support blog posts, email newsletters, product updates, and customer stories
• Help create marketing collateral including one-pagers and case studies
• Contribute to SEO content and keyword planning alongside the broader team

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Support paid campaign execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Help maintain HubSpot marketing automation flows; email sequences, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns
• Analyze campaign data to surface insights that shape future content and targeting

Website & Analytics

• Assist with updates to our Webflow site and monitor performance
• Track traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI using Google Analytics
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion through SEO, layout, and CTAs

Brand & Social

• Help grow and manage our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Collaborate with our design team on visual content and creative campaigns
• Contribute ideas for product launches and company announcements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of marketing experience preferred (internships count)
• Strong writer who can adapt tone across channels and audiences
• Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, or Webflow
• Analytical enough to look at campaign data and ask the right questions
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once without losing the thread
• Someone who takes initiative and follows through
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Bonus Points For

• Hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or the events industry
• Basic web or HTML knowledge
