Tangerine, Canada’s leading digital bank, is seeking a Manager, Client Growth & Lead Generation to drive high‑quality client leads and advisor bookings. You’ll partner with Data & Analytics, Marketing, Product, Digital and Advice to develop recommendations, support business cases, execute growth initiatives and measure impact.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in marketing, insights or analytics, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to turn data into actionable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Analyze client and business data to identify trends, opportunities and potential client segments.
• Develop and support targeted initiatives to increase qualified leads and Advisor bookings.
• Build business cases and recommendations to support new campaigns and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Data & Analytics and other internal teams to bring initiatives from insight through execution.
• Track and evaluate lead-generation and campaign performance, using results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate data and research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business partners and leadership.
• Continuously identify and test new approaches to strengthen the pipeline of client opportunities.

Responsibilities
