Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management product, platform, or solutions roles, preferably in a hybrid-digital environment.
• Experience leading investment solutions programs across multiple client segments and channels.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory awareness in wealth solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, enhancement, and management of Tangerine’s investment solutions across all client segments and channels.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities including model portfolios, SMA/UMA, and digital-advice capabilities.
• Provide strategic leadership for portfolio management, trading oversight, and investment governance.
• Oversee portfolio construction, rebalancing, tax-management, and trading frameworks for scalable outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, governance, and risk management across investment solutions.
• Partner with Technology, Digital Experience, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver enhancements.
