Job summary

Tangerine, Canada’s leading digital bank, is hiring a Senior Product/Portfolio leader to shape loyalty, partnerships and customer engagement strategies. You will translate client insights into actionable roadmaps across internal and partner teams, driving growth and cross-functional impact.

You will influence business strategy, manage portfolios, and optimize experiences across digital channels, with a bias for action and measurable outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other graduate degree considered an asset.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, portfolio management, loyalty, partnerships, customer engagement, business strategy, digital experience, or financial services delivery.
• Experience driving business growth through product management, partnerships, portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, or client engagement strategies.
• Strong business acumen, including experience assessing business cases, financial drivers, partner economics, campaign performance, revenue opportunities, and profitability levers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of product, loyalty, partnership, and engagement strategies that align with Tangerine’s growth agenda and evolving client needs.
• Act as a key product and business partner across portfolios, defining opportunities, building alignment, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, revenue, client value, and profitability.
• Bring a commercial mindset to assess portfolio performance, business cases, financial impacts, client behaviour, partner economics, campaign performance, and profitability levers.
