Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, liquor, kitchen and supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and adjust as needed.
• Modify preparation methods and menu prices according to budget.
• Monitor revenues and labor costs; oversee staff performance.
• Plan and organize daily operations; recruit and schedule staff.
• Supervise, train and develop team; enforce procedures.
• Negotiate supplier arrangements and coordinate catering or events.
• Participate in marketing plans and address customer concerns.
• Balance cash, prepare reports and conduct performance reviews.
