Jobgether is partnering with a Canada-based organization to identify a Growth Partner/Director focused on accelerating growth through insight-led client relationships. You will grow existing accounts, expand programmes across markets and categories, and position insight solutions as strategic business tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer insights or market research at Associate Director/Director level.
• Proven track record growing client accounts and opportunities within an insight agency, consultancy, or client-side insight function.
• Strong understanding of how leading brands use insight across Brand, Shopper, Innovation, CX, and Futures.
• Demonstrated commercial judgment, balancing client priorities, strategic value, and revenue growth.
• Experience framing client opportunities into compelling, commercially sound proposals and leading pitches or expansion discussions.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking to translate complex insight requirements into opportunities and practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Existing professional network within relevant sectors; entrepreneurial and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Strong interest in AI-driven insight solutions and their business applications.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand existing client accounts with additional solutions and activations.
• Lead multi-market, multi-category programmes with clear growth opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and position insight capabilities as strategic assets.
• Map client challenges across Brand, Shopper, Innovation, CX, and Futures to opportunities for impact.
• Own proposals and pitches with commercially robust solutions while addressing risks and objections.
• Lead expansion conversations with compelling business cases demonstrating client value.
• Monitor decision-making units and track usage to identify opportunities at the right time.
• Develop networks to generate new opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions.
• Identify AI-driven use cases to strengthen client outcomes and scale programs.
