Job summary

EF Go Ahead Tours in Toronto, ON is seeking a results-driven Tour Consultant for Group Sales. You will own a book of business, qualify leads, follow up and convert via outbound calls, while helping clients imagine and book travel experiences.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with Fridays remote, a first-year earning potential of C$55,000 (base C$45,000 plus C$10,000 bonus) with uncapped bonuses for high performance and clear promotion paths.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of business comprising Group Coordinators and hot leads.
• Qualify, follow up with, and convert sales leads via outbound phone sales.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and drive sustainable growth.
• Support customers by guiding them through travel options and the booking process.
