Job summary

VGS is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Network Services to own relationships with card networks and gateways, define new capabilities, and drive end-to-end delivery from initial conversations to scale across customers.

You will lead API design, webhook models, and integration strategies while partnering with Engineering, Security, UX, and Legal to deliver clear developer tools and documentation. This remote-first role emphasizes outcomes and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or digital product development for B2B platforms or payments infrastructure.
• Hands-on with data and able to write SQL queries to pull usage metrics and defend product decisions.
• Experience reading network specifications and designing scalable APIs/webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for network integrations with major card networks and gateways.
• Abstract network differences into a unified API experience for customers.
• Define API interfaces, requirements, and webhook event models for long-term durability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, UX, and Legal to translate designs into execution plans.
• Own customer onboarding, integration support, and developer tools documentation.
• Define KPIs and write SQL to analyze usage and inform product decisions.
