Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Group Leader, Applications Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics in Canada. The role guides the IPM applications team, delivering systems, quotations and customer solutions across national markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
Ontario Professional Engineer designation preferred.
7+ years in industrial hydraulics, mechatronic design, or related tech applications.
Strong knowledge of industrial applications, hydraulic systems, and design.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical and commercial performance of IPM applications and projects across Canada.
Drive IPM business growth by developing system solutions for Canadian industries.
Lead, coach, and develop the IPM Applications team with clear expectations and development plans.
Assess team capabilities, establish training priorities, and support succession planning.
Plan and balance workloads across quotations, customer support, projects, and commissioning.
Maintain accountability for technical quality, customer commitments, and team performance.
