We are currently looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team of committed professionals. This part-time position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Durham location in Sudbury.
Under the leadership of the Health & Wellness Supervisor, the Group Fitness Instructor facilitates group wellness classes including class preparation and choreography. This position also conducts tours to members and potential members, executes member retention tasks, follows up with potential members, and actively engages and builds relationships with members participating in their group wellness classes. This job is also responsible for the safety of members and participants while in group fitness classes.
