Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 8+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing sector preferred.
• Strong IFRS accounting and internal controls knowledge.
• ERP systems experience with process improvements or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial accounting and reporting.
• Perform GL analysis and support high-risk journal entries.
• Support monthly consolidation and group close.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Oversee AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets, and GL.
• Strengthen internal controls and asset safeguarding.
• Develop annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with leaders on KPIs, financial objectives and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Standardize processes, reporting formats and ERP across units.
• Serve as primary finance conduit to North American leadership.
