Responsibilities include financial reporting, M&A activities, budgeting, and cash flow management. Candidates will have a strong background in strategic decision-making and a proven ability to enhance financial processes.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance leadership roles.
Strong experience in multi-entity environments and consolidations.
Proven track record supporting or leading M&A transactions and integrations.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial operations across multiple entities.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy.
Partner with the CFO on M&A activities, including due diligence and financial modeling.
Monitor working capital, including receivables, payables, and project cash cycles.
