• Review plan documents, benefit summaries, eligibility rules and enrollment guidelines.
• Maintain organized records of employer accounts, plan configurations and enrollments.
• Coordinate new group accounts, plan updates, coverage changes and routine requests.
• Ensure benefit-related transactions are completed accurately within service deadlines.
• Process new enrollments, dependents, changes and terminations, and verify eligibility.
