Job summary

First Canadian Financial Group’s Group Benefits division is expanding nationally and seeks a detail-oriented administrator to support group conversions, client implementations and ongoing administration.

You will work with senior leaders, coordinate with sales and clients, and leverage CRM tools to maintain service standards while contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong customer service skills with professional client interactions.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Criminal and education background checks and references required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager, Group Administration with conversion and transition of groups and members to the new platform.
• Coordinate and setup group benefit plans with internal sales and clients.
• Utilize CRM to track inquiries and respond within service standards.
• Investigate and resolve client issues with timely, accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to provide feedback on UX and system features.
• Support process improvements and other duties as assigned.
