Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing debris, fertilizing, and watering turf areas.
• Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs.
• Weed, prune, and trim trees, shrubs, and plants.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, and transport materials using wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, shovels, and manual lifting.
• Support the Foreperson and Lead Hand with daily job-related tasks.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety standards.
