Beyond Landscaping Ltd. in North Vancouver, BC, is looking for dedicated outdoor landscapers to join our team on the North Shore.

You will lead a small crew on residential and commercial projects, perform lawn care and planting tasks, and ensure safe, high‑quality work while delivering excellent client service. We offer a 4-day work week and strong team culture. A company truck is available for qualified foremen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year landscaping/gardening experience.
• Solid knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a small crew.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on gardening and landscape maintenance projects.
• Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent service to clients.
