Alterra Mountain Company’s Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Supervisor, Grounds Maintenance to lead the grounds team across the resort and oversee property maintenance projects to time and budget. You will supervise tasks, coordinate staff, and ensure safety and compliance with standards.
The role requires 3 years of landscape or property maintenance experience, knowledge of equipment, and a valid G license with reliable transportation.
The purpose of this role is to supervise, lead and support the grounds maintenance team with various property maintenance projects across the resort. The Supervisor, Grounds Maintenance is well versed in the routine grounds maintenance duties as well as the assigned work orders and will supervise tasks and projects to time and budget specifications.
