The Property Services department is part of the Housing Services department and provides support to the programs of House of Friendship. The Property Services department provides support to the programs of House of Friendship. The Grounds and Light Maintenance Worker will provide indoor and outdoor custodial services as well as minor maintenance support to House of Friendship programs. Provide timely support while ensuring all interactions with individuals is respectful and supportive.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm.
Must have G class driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for required regular travel throughout Waterloo Region.
Successful completion of a Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector)
required pre-employment.

Rate of Pay :
At House of Friendship all compensation ranges are categorized under a series of “grades” and we base our payment structure on internal equity.When determining rate of pay, a candidate’s past related experience will be taken into consideration.

Min : $22.40
Mid : $25.65
Max : $28.90
