Position Overview

As a Groundsperson, you will support operations by assisting with site setup, supporting climbers and trimmers, and gaining industry experience. This role offers training and career advancement opportunities.

Job Duties

• Support groundwork for trimming operations.
• Operate chainsaws and chippers, load brush.
• Assist with job-site setup, debris removal, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform raking and leaf blowing at job sites.
• Rig limbs down.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; air brake endorsement is a plus.
• Willingness to become a certified arborist.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in landscape or horticulture is a plus.
• Ability to work safely, learn, and grow within a team.
