Our favourite SE client is seeking a new addition to their growing and ever-evolving organization. Looking to hire an Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant, this candidate will be joining a group of like-minded individuals in a fun, laid back, and up-beat work environment.

This hire will provide administrative support to the C-suite executives (Owner, COO, CFO) to help manage their busy schedule effectively. This hire will also provide support with on-boarding of new hires and will be the key team player to keep the office operations running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Provide executive support to the Owner, COO, and CFO with schedule management, and any administrative support they may require
  • First impressions for all visitors entering the office (greeting visitors, showing visitors where to go)
  • Attend to all incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Organize and manage bookings of meeting rooms
  • Prepping and organizing of the board rooms
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and pantry, including keeping coffee made, tidying of the fridges, and loading/unloading of the dishwasher
  • Ordering office, stationery, and kitchen supplies, as well as storing and supply allocation
  • Managing meeting schedules, travel plans, and team building events

Education:

  • High school diploma / equivalent

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
  • A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required
  • A satisfactory Credit Check is required

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role is required.
  • 1-year Human Resources experience is an asset
  • Experience working with C-suite executives is an asset

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Reliability, Consistency, and ability to follow directions
  • Task-orientation and ability to take initiative
  • High-energy, upbeat individual, with strong personable skills

Base Salary: $45,000 – 50,000 per year

  • Health benefit package provided

Work Hours:

  • M-F, 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 40 hours per week

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
