Job summary

Aosom Canada is expanding with a new 220,000 sq.ft. Calgary distribution center due to open in November 2026. We seek an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead setup, process development, training, and go-live readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management, strong KPI knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience. You will manage staffing, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Fast learner with strong technical and logical thinking.
5+ years of experience as a warehouse manager.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Experience with retail/ecommerce warehouse operation.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs.
Hands-on experience with ERP software and databases.
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
English and Mandarin an asset.

Responsibilities

Participate in setup and launch of Aosom's new Calgary distribution center.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put away, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and returns.
Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, workflows, and operational standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Lead and motivate supervisors and associates to achieve productivity and service goals.
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
