Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited Real Canadian Superstore in Oshawa is seeking Store Team Members to provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You’ll help stock shelves, assist customers, and ensure displays meet company standards.

No previous experience required; training provided. You must be flexible to work 50 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a unionized position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
