Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, is hiring Store Team Members to deliver a friendly, efficient in-store experience. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while keeping displays neat and compliant with health and safety standards. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is needed, and you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift.
• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
