Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking Store Team Members for Real Canadian Superstore locations in Canada. You will help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and keeping displays orderly. Training is provided; no prior experience is required, with opportunities to grow and learn in a unionized environment.

Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts is needed, and you should be able to lift up to 50lbs while staying mobile throughout shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
