Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited's Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You will ensure shelves are stocked, assist customers, and support merchandising and promotions while maintaining health and safety standards.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you will work in a fast-paced team environment with flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
