Job summary

Calgary Co-op in Alberta seeks a Grocery Utility Clerk to support a safe, friendly shopping environment. You will handle stock, build displays, price changes, and assist with inventory while maintaining clean, organized areas across dairy, freezer, grocery and warehouse.

Qualifications

• Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Related retail experience, including the provision of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations.
• Stock, build displays, face shelves in dairy, freezer, grocery and warehouse.
• Manage merchandise quality, substitutions, pricing and stock integrity.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized, report hazards and spills.
• Assist with inventory and receiving, including invoices and transfers.
• Support other departments as needed and help train others.
