Job summary

Red River Co-op in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a retail store/department manager to lead financial performance, budgeting, and daily operations. You will ensure clean, well-presented departments, oversee merchandising, inventory control, purchasing, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential responsibilities of the position include the following:

About You:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, or non-management retail experience performing at a high level (department assistant or higher).
• Sound knowledge of department financial operations.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a special skill of motivating staff to achieve strong operating results.
