Job summary

Loblaw in Penticton, BC is seeking a full-time Grocery Manager for its Wholesale Club. You will oversee day-to-day department operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability.

You will train and motivate staff, maintain merchandising standards, monitor inventory, and collaborate with store leadership to meet store-wide goals. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous retail management experience, preferably in a department or specialty store.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management and customer service.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
