Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Kelowna, BC is hiring for a Department Manager in Training. Offered as a full-time role with a development program to prepare you to lead a department and drive customer and business results.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with some college preferred; leadership and basic computer skills are essential. Night and weekend shifts may be required, with a flexible schedule option.
