Job summary

Sherwood Co-operative Association Limited in Indian Head is seeking an experienced Grocery Department Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and maintain tight control of margins and inventory.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, ensure safety standards and collaborate to deliver high-quality service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a special skill of motivating employees to achieve strong results.
• A solid understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
