Join Our Team at Spruce View Food Store!

Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment? Our Spruce View Food Store is offering an excellent opportunity for you! We’re currently looking for a full-time Grocery Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Position: Grocery Clerk

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Address customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Unload grocery shipments.
• Receive, organize, and display merchandise.
• Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
• Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required).
