Job summary

Wild Rose Co-operative Association Ltd. is seeking a part-time Grocery Clerk II to assist customers and support the Grocery Clerk team in Camrose. The role involves providing friendly service, stocking, inventory counts, training, and mentoring of staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, courteous service to customers.
• Maintain neat, clean, well-merchandised department.
• Stock inventory and conduct counts.
• Comply with government standards for Camrose Food store.
• Complete in-house training and certifications.
• Monitor for unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment.
• Coach and mentor Grocery Team members.
• Open/close store and related duties.
• Ensure merchandise quality and condition meets standards.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
