Job summary

Longo's is seeking a Grocery Assistant Department Manager - Full Time to lead and support our grocery team in daily operations. You will assist the Grocery Manager, drive customer service excellence, ensure safety standards, and help manage inventory and scheduling for financial targets.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of grocery experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced store environment.
