Longo's is seeking a Deli Assistant Department Manager - Full Time in a fast-paced retail environment in Ontario. You will assist the Deli Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and lead team members to deliver high service and quality.

This leadership role offers opportunities to mentor staff, manage inventory, and maintain health, safety, and food safety standards while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a deli department with a solid understanding of product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Strong creativity skills and ability to create eye catching displays.
