Job summary

Save-On-Foods North Vancouver is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver groceries by van and provide exceptional customer-first service from store to door.

You will work with the online shopping team to resolve returns and refunds, uphold Online Shopping standards, and drive safely. Must have BC Class 5 license, clean abstract, Serving It Right, ability to lift 40 lbs, and GPS/smartphone proficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid, full BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
• Proficiency with mobile technology (GPS apps, smartphones) and willingness to travel for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van with customer-first service.
• Collaborate with online shopping team and customer service to resolve service recovery issues.
• Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
