Job summary

Manulife's GRO Investment Management program offers a dynamic two-year rotational path designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investments. You will rotate across public markets, including Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Strategies, gaining broad exposure and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Expected to graduate in 2027 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
• Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
• Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Salary range is expected to be between

$80,000.00 CAD - $130,000.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
