Job summary

Manulife’s GRO Investment Management program offers a two-year rotational path across Real Estate Asset Management, Infrastructure Equity, and Private Markets, designed to grow future leaders in investments. You’ll rotate through eight-month assignments with rotation managers, building technical knowledge and leadership skills in a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2027 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Working knowledge of investment and financial markets.
• Understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques.
• Flexible, creative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; quick to learn new software.
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

• Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and front office exposure
• Work with a variety of Rotation Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
• Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm

Required Qualifications:

• Expected to graduate in 2027 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
• Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
• Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis
