Position Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions.
  • Engage in project management activities that enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes within Manulife.
  • Collaborate with different teams to improvecustomerservice and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize analytics to support decision‑making processes in group benefits, strategy, and/orinsurance, aiming to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics (or a related discipline), with an expected graduation of Spring 2027.

Salary range is expected to be between

$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
